的 Melbourne Regional Chamber is ringing in 2021 with new leadership for the 非营利组织理事会: Dr. Casey T Gilbert PowerWith Consulting and 安妮Conroy-Baiter, President of Junior Achievement of the Space Coast. Casey and Anne are excited to meet all of our amazing nonprofit members and have some great things in store for the year, including quarterly meetings with themes, 超级组, 和专家小组.

的 second installment of the 非营利组织理事会 in May will cover fundraising,在 August, attendees will discover ways to get “grant-ready.” Anne and Casey are reserving the final meeting of the year for a topic selected by members of the 非营利组织理事会. “We learned in 2020 that the ability to pivot was essential to nonprofit survival. Our plan is to send a survey mid-year to gauge what topic would be most needed for our nonprofit members looking into the fall,” said Conroy-Baiter.
Meetings will take place on Zoom and will last 90 minutes. 的re is also a plan underway to bring together the Small Business Council and the 非营利组织理事会 mid-year. “的re is so much that the private sector and the nonprofit sector have in common – so much that they can learn from each other. And, many people in the private sector are volunteering, donating, and serving on nonprofit boards.
