What is Space Coast Young Professionals?
Space Coast Young Professionals is a group of young professionals between the ages of 20 and 40 who are also partners of the Melbourne Regional Chamber. The group offers members a way to connect, interact and enhance professional development. They are dedicated to building a better, stronger foundation, made up of other like-minded professionals, to grow and become Brevard County’s future leaders.
Space Coast Young Professionals events are specifically designed to provide opportunities to fulfill the goals of the group, 其中包括:
Providing a guided experience to 20-40 year old chamber partners, including tools to assist in successful networking, providing inspiration and “how-to” advice on career advancement
- Providing some competition and fun
- Providing opportunities to work with non-profit groups in the community to complete service projects and to “network with a purpose”
- Provide planned interactions with current community leaders
- Provide Space Coast Young Professionals members “steps to getting there” to become our future leaders
- Foster a vibrant community where young professionals can live, work, play and raise a family
These goals of the Space Coast Young Professionals will provide members with opportunities to grow in the community while also learning how to become the future leaders, giving back to our community and having fun! We look forward to engaging with you and continuing to connect, serve, and grow together!

This year’s chair for Space Coast Young Professionals is Ryan Jesenik with Orion180 Insurance Services.
Ryan is the Senior Vice President at Orion180 where he is responsible for sales and operations. He has nearly 10 years of experience consulting multiple growth stage companies with a special emphasis on capital markets, operations and finance. Ryan started his career in corporate finance supporting senior executives at Precision Castparts, a Fortune 500 aerospace company acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. He holds his business degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Oregon.
Ryan chose to get involved with Space Coast Young Professionals to meet new people and make an impact on the Space Coast business community.
“As a recent transplant from the other side of the country, I have firsthand experience with the challenges of meeting like-minded people who care about making a positive impact in our local community,”他解释说. “When I learned about the Space Coast Young Professionals Council, it sounded like the perfect opportunity to unite the future business leaders in Brevard as well as a chance to make a real difference for the next generation. I look forward to working closely with the Chamber to accomplish our mission of inspiring young professionals to become engaged!”
